Chaga Mushroom Powder (organic, wild-harvested)
What is it?
This is organic chaga mushroom powder, made from wild-harvested chaga (Inonotus obliquus). Chaga grows mainly on birch trees in cold northern climates. Once dried, it is ground into a fine powder that can be used to brew teas or added to recipes.
What does it taste like?
Chaga has a mild, earthy, slightly bitter taste with a subtle vanilla-like undertone. When brewed as tea, it creates a dark, coffee-colored drink that is smooth and grounding.
What are the possible health benefits?
Contains high levels of antioxidants, particularly melanin and polyphenols, which may help protect cells
Traditionally valued for supporting immune health and resilience
Provides beta-glucans, a type of fiber that may help balance the immune response
Naturally caffeine-free, yet often described as gently energizing
How much should you use?
Use 1–2 teaspoons (2–5 g) daily. For tea, simmer gently in hot water for at least 10–15 minutes. Can be enjoyed once or twice per day.
How can you use it?
Brew into a warming herbal tea
Blend into smoothies, lattes, or hot chocolate
Mix into soups or broths for added depth
Add to baking recipes or energy balls for an earthy boost
