Together with our Nut House ambassador, Daniel Schotborgh — a holistic medical doctor and lifestyle coach — we’ll explore how two of the biggest daily influences on our health, stress and the way we eat, are deeply connected. You’ll discover how slowing down and eating with awareness can help you listen to your body, create more calm around meals, and reconnect with your natural hunger, fullness, and energy signals.
This isn’t about diets or rules. It’s about curiosity, freedom, and learning to trust the most accurate health instrument you’ll ever own: your own body.
Daniel will guide you through:
• How your nervous system shapes digestion, cravings, and the choices you make
• The role of emotions, stress, and old habits in the way we eat
• How tuning in to your body can transform your relationship with food
• A hands-on mindful eating experience you can take home and use right away

You won’t just hear about mindful eating, you’ll experience it. Through a guided tasting practice, you’ll feel the difference between eating on autopilot and eating with full presence. You’ll leave with a simple take-home method and the option to pair with a fellow participant for a gentle check-in afterward, so the change actually sticks.
