Pecans (roasted)
These pecans are freshly dry roasted in small batches in our oven in Curaçao. We roast at a maximum of 140°C to help preserve nutrients while creating a deeper flavor and extra crunch. No oil is used, only time, heat, and attention.
You can choose between unsalted or lightly salted. For the salted version we only use Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt.
What do they taste like?
Roasted pecans have a rich, buttery flavor with a gentle sweetness and a fuller toasted bite compared to the raw version. The roasting process gives them a crispier texture while highlighting their naturally smooth taste.
