Peanuts (roasted)
These peanuts are freshly dry roasted in small batches in our oven in Curaçao. We roast at a maximum of 140°C, which helps preserve nutrients while giving them a fuller flavor and extra crunch. No oil is used, only time, heat, and attention.
You can choose between unsalted or lightly salted. For the salted version we only use Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt.
What do they taste like?
Roasted peanuts have a deep, nutty flavor with a satisfying crunch. Roasting enhances their natural richness and sweetness, making them the classic peanut snack most people know and love.
