Tahini (housemade)
What is it?
This is our housemade tahini, prepared in small batches at Nut House. We lightly oven-roast sesame seeds and grind them into a smooth, pure paste. Nothing else is added.
What does it taste like?
Tahini has a rich, earthy flavor with a slight bitterness and a deep sesame aroma. The roasting gives it warmth and complexity, making it delicious both on its own and in recipes.
What is the texture like?
Our tahini is smooth and pourable, yet slightly thick. It spreads easily and blends perfectly into sauces and dressings.
What are the possible health benefits?
