This is 100% pure organic cacao butter, carefully extracted from premium cacao beans grown by a small-scale farmer in San Rafael, Colombia. Our cacao butter is minimally processed to preserve its natural aroma, beautiful pale-yellow color, and smooth texture. It contains no additives, deodorization, or hydrogenation—just pure cacao butter.
What does it taste like?
Organic cacao butter has a delicate chocolate aroma with a mild, creamy flavor and subtle cocoa notes. Although it is made from cacao beans, it is much milder than dark chocolate and melts smoothly, making it ideal for both sweet and savory recipes.
