Mixed Nuts (Roasted)
This mix brings together a balanced selection of freshly dry roasted nuts: cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts. Each batch is roasted in our oven in Curaçao at a maximum of 140°C. This careful process keeps the nutrients intact while creating a fuller flavor and a satisfying crunch. No oil is used, only time, heat, and attention.
You can choose between unsalted or lightly salted. For the salted version we only use high quality salts: Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt.
What do they taste like?
Every handful gives you variety: the creaminess of cashews, the buttery crunch of pecans, the delicate sweetness of hazelnuts, the firm bite of almonds, and the earthy richness of walnuts. Roasting brings out their natural depth and adds a warm, toasty note.
