Macadamia (roasted)
These macadamias are freshly dry roasted in small batches in our oven in Curaçao. We roast at a maximum of 140°C, which helps preserve as many nutrients as possible while giving them a deeper flavor and an extra crunch. No oil is used, only time, heat, and attention.
You can choose between unsalted or lightly salted. For the salted version we only use high quality salts: Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt.
What do they taste like?
Roasted macadamias are rich, buttery, and slightly sweet, with a fuller toasted flavor compared to the raw version. The roasting process makes them crunchier, while keeping their signature creamy texture inside.
What are the possible health benefits?
Very high in monounsaturated fats that support heart health
A source of fiber and plant-based protein

How can you use them?
