Cashews (roasted)
These cashews are freshly dry roasted in small batches in our oven in Curaçao. We roast at a maximum of 140°C, which helps preserve as many nutrients as possible without losing the creamy crunch that cashews are loved for. No oil is used, only time, heat, and attention. The result is a roasted cashew with a warm, fuller flavor and a crisp bite.
You can choose between unsalted or lightly salted. For the salted version we only use high quality salts: Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt.
What do they taste like?
Roasted cashews have a rich, buttery taste with a toasted note. The creamy texture becomes firmer after roasting, giving you a satisfying crunch while keeping the natural sweetness intact.
