Pistachio Butter (housemade)
What is it?
This is our housemade pistachio butter, freshly prepared in small batches at Nut House. We lightly oven-roast pistachios to bring out their delicate, nutty flavor and then grind them into a pure spread. No oils, sugars, or additives are added.
What does it taste like?
Pistachio butter has a distinctive, rich flavor that is both slightly sweet and savory. The roasting process enhances its natural depth, giving it a refined and indulgent taste.
What is the texture like?
Our pistachio butter is creamy and spreadable but has a slightly firmer texture compared to hazelnut or pecan butter. It holds its shape well, making it ideal for spreading or adding body to recipes.

Storage and shelf life
Keep in a cool, dry place. In the fridge it becomes a bit firmer and lasts up to 3 months after opening. At room temperature it remains spreadable and is best consumed within 6–8 weeks. Stir before use if natural oil separation occurs.
