Macadamia Butter (housemade)
What is it?
This is our housemade macadamia butter, freshly prepared in small batches at Nut House. We lightly oven-roast macadamias to enhance their natural sweetness, then grind them into an ultra-creamy spread. No oils, sugars, or additives are added.
What does it taste like?
Macadamia butter has a mild, buttery flavor with a gentle sweetness. The natural richness of the nut creates a delicate and smooth taste that feels luxurious.
What is the texture like?
This is our most liquid and creamy butter. It has a silky consistency that makes it very easy to spread or drizzle. Perfect for anyone who prefers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

How can you use it?

Storage and shelf life
Keep in a cool, dry place. In the fridge it becomes a little firmer and lasts up to 3 months after opening. At room temperature it stays silky smooth and is best consumed within 6–8 weeks. Stir before use if natural oil separation occurs.
