Hazelnut Butter (housemade)
What is it?
This is our housemade hazelnut butter, freshly prepared in small batches at Nut House. We lightly oven-roast hazelnuts to bring out their rich aroma and then grind them into a smooth, creamy spread. No oils, sugars, or additives are added.
What does it taste like?
Hazelnut butter has a deep, nutty sweetness with warm, roasted notes. The flavor is naturally indulgent and pairs beautifully with both sweet and savory dishes.
What is the texture like?
Our hazelnut butter is soft and creamy, making it one of the easiest to spread. Compared to almond or cashew butter, it has a smoother, more velvety consistency.

How can you use it?

Storage and shelf life
Keep in a cool, dry place. In the fridge it becomes slightly firmer and lasts up to 3 months after opening. At room temperature it remains creamy and is best consumed within 6–8 weeks. Stir before use if natural oil separation occurs.
