Cacao nibs – Chocolate, yet not as you know it
Cacao nibs are praised as “Food of the Gods” for their superior nutritional profile and extraordinary flavour. Its nutritional profile tops every form of dark chocolate (as all antioxidant benefits in chocolate come from cacao, not its other ingredients).

Cacao nibs are where all chocolate starts; crumbled bits of pure dried cacao beans. Simply put, it’s chocolate in its purest form, before anything else is added. This means that all nutrients of natural cacao beans are preserved.

Why are they so healthy? They’re loaded with antioxidants, fiber, iron, potassium and magnesium, helping you boost your immune system.

How we use it? We love to add them to our smoothies, breakfast bowls, desserts and baked goods (such as brownies, muffins and pancakes). Or simply add some to your toast with peanut butter! Its flavour and texture is similar to that of roasted coffee beans; it’s somewhat bitter, nutty and earthy.

Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months, away from strong odours. It is ok to refrigerate. How we store it for personal use? We store them in an airtight weckjar in the fridge.
