Jars with a capacity exceeding 1.5 L (50 ¾ oz) are not suitable to pasteurization.

 

Jars with 12.5 cl (4 ¼ oz), 20 cl (6 ¾ oz) and 35 cl (11 ¾ oz) capacity are freezer safe with a maximum temperature of -20°C -4° F.
